Junior Jingle Dress

This beautiful jingle dress is in two layers creating a multi-use design. After dancing, your little can take off the outer-layer and run around freely or use the under-layer as a base for different regalia! The under-layer has pockets, a front zipper, and a deep 1 3/4” inch hem that can be let out for length. The outer-layer consists of 10 rows of junior sized rainbow cones and hand-sewn rhinestone banding. The dress comes with a Kokum scarf and a few extra cones just in case!
