Terms and Conditions

At Binesii Creations, we work hard to ensure our store policies are fair, clear, and transparent. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for below, don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help you further.​

These terms and conditions create a contract between you and Binesii Creations. Please read through the agreement carefully. To confirm your understanding and acceptance of the agreement, click "Pay when checking out"

No exchanges or refunds are accepted on any product.

Beadwork:

If damaged has occurred upon receiving your item contact me via email binesiicreations@gmail.com within 48 hours to discuss repairs.
The customer is responsible for shipping. 

Please understand each piece will be unique with slight variation due to being handmade with love. 

Because custom pieces are made to order, the processing time is roughly 1-3 weeks. If longer, you will be notified via email. 

If the item is pre-made, please allow 3 days to process shipping. 

Shipping labels are printed immediately after payment is processed but processing time remains the same 1-3 weeks.

Shipping addresses must be correct when payment is made. An additional $5 fee will be applied if a change of address is requested. I am not responsible for any lost shipping due to the wrong address.

All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. If requested, Insurance can be included. The customer is responsible for the request for insurance and extra cost at the time payment is made.
